Release Update (Dec 20, 2023) | Ticketing & Messaging Secure Form

This release note provides an overview of the Secure Form feature for Ticketing & Messaging channels. It allows you to gather customers’ sensitive information securely across Ticketing & Messaging channels during your ticket engagements with them. The information collected will be processed, stored, and transmitted in accordance with the PCI DSS rules to ensure the highest degree of security.

Note: 
  • The Secure Forms for Live Chat have been moved to the Global Settings > Security module.

  • Secure Form is applicable to all Ticketing & Messaging channels, excluding Internal.
  • The collected sensitive data is accessible only to the agent initiating the Secure Form.

  • The collected data becomes inaccessible once the agent logs out from the Agent Console.
  • The unread data will be inaccessible after 15 days from the collection date.
  • The Secure Form link automatically expires after the visitor fills in and submits the form.

  • Field value can be validated using Regular expression to make sure visitors input the valid information with required formats.
