Custom Fields in Ticketing & Messaging Custom Reports
Custom Report for Ticketing & Messaging supports custom fields. When creating a custom report, you can use custom fields you created in Ticketing & Messaging to group your metrics and filter your reporting data.
More Data Filtering Options
After selecting the metrics and the Group by attributes for your report, you can use more flexible options to filter out unwanted data. You can use “is one of” and “is not one of” options to set filtering conditions quickly.
