Release Update (May 15, 2023) | Ticketing & Messaging Enhancements

This release note provides an overview of the new enhancements in Comm100's Ticketing & Messaging. The new enhancements allow you to send local images and add Bcc (blind carbon copy) contacts in the Email channel tickets.

Insert Local Images 

Comm100 Ticketing & Messaging supports sending local images for tickets in the Email channel. In addition to inserting an online image, you can upload images from your local device when editing email replies through the Agent Console.

The supported file size and formats of local images are:

  • Supported file types: JPG, JPEG, BMP, PNG, GIF, WEBP, ICO. 
  • The image size can be up to 20 MB.

Add Bcc Contacts 

Comm100 Ticketing & Messaging allows you to add Bcc recipients in email tickets. When editing email ticket replies through the Agent Console, you can add Bcc contacts by clicking the Bcc button in the Cc field and selecting the contacts. 

After the Bcc contact receive the message and reply to the email, the Bcc reply will be attached to the existing ticket.
