This release note provides an overview of the summarization feature added to Comm100 Agent Assist. The Agent Assist summary feature allows you to generate a quick summary of chats and tickets by one click.
The summarization feature comes with Agent Assist by default. When handling a chat or ticket on the Agent Console, you can click the Let Agent Assist make a summary button in the Note area.
A quick summary of the chat or ticket appears automatically in the Note area. You can edit it or send it directly to share with other team members.
