Release Update (Nov 7, 2022) | Reporting and Integration Enhancements

This release update provides an overview of the new Comm100 custom report feature, and Shopify integration enhancement. 


Custom Report 

In addition to the prebuilt report types that Comm100 provides by default, the new Custom Report option allows you to create reports using the metrics and attributes of your own choice. This gives you more flexibility in designing reports with metrics that matters to your business most.

With custom report, you can also customize the visual effects of your report by setting up chart type, statistics sorting order, and stack effects.

Shopify Integration 

You can now integrate Comm100 Live chat with the Shopify store seamlessly by using the API access token. 

You need to create and enable the custom app for generating the API access token on the Shopify store and provide the same along with the Store URL and Campaign to the Comm100 Control Panel.

After the integration, you will see your Shopify store customers' data within Comm100 Agent Console. Specifically, you will have quick access to their information and order history, live information about their Shopify carts, and real-time notifications when a customer's cart is updated with new or removed items.
