Invoke Intent via Text Links

Text links sent by the Chatbot can now be used to trigger another intent. This option allows you to streamline the chat flow by directing the visitor to another intent with a single click.

Add Alt Text to Images

You can add Alt text to images, which can be accessed by screen readers. This feature expands the Chatbot’s audience to individuals with visual impairments, and is helpful for visitors when images cannot be loaded in poor networks.

Password Reveal Button Shows Correctly on Major Browsers

When the Chatbot sends a form to the visitor, a reveal password button for the Password type of field can correctly show on major browsers, including Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.

Search Intent by its Questions

When searching for a Chatbot’s intents on the Control Panel, you can now use a keyword included in the questions of the intent.
