Comm100 supports Telegram integration to enable you to communicate with your customers via Telegram. If you are connecting your Telegram account directly, you need to have a Telegram app and provide the app app_id and app_hash to Comm100 for authentication.
To get the API ID and API hash, follow these steps:
- Go to my.telegram.org to log in to your telegram account using your phone number.
- Once logged in, access API Development Tools.
- For first time use, fill out the form to create an app. Then you can see the basic app parameters including the api_id and api_hash parameters.
- Copy the App api_id and App api_hash from the page. The parameters are required when you integrate your Telegram account from the Comm100 Control Panel.
