Comm100 Ticketing & Messaging supports integration with MMDSmart, which allows you to respond to SMS messages sent to your MMDSmart account. To set up the integration, you need to provide the API key, Channel ID, and Phone number from your MMDSmart Account.
This article introduces the steps to finding the credentials from your MMDSmart account.
Step by Step Instructions
To find the MMDSmart credentials, follow these steps:
- Log in to your MMDSmart account.
- To find the MMDSmart API key, click My account > Teams Management, then click the INTEGRATION KEYS tab on the Teams Management page. You can find the integration key in the list.
- To find the phone number and channel ID, click Chats > Channel manager from the left navigation menu.
- Click the expand icon against the SMS channel you want to integrate, you can find the phone number under the VLN header.
- Click COPY ID to copy your channel ID, then paste it to the Comm100 side.
Note: The Channel ID is invisible from the MMDSmart platform, but you can view and save it by pasting it elsewhere.
