What paperwork does the buyer need to pick-up / remove the property?

Can a third party pick-up on behalf of the customer?

How can I reach the seller to schedule removal?
The seller's contact information can be found within the "buyer certificate" or "Load Out Advice / Authorization for Removal," whichever applies.If the seller cannot be reached, please contact the Client Account Manager (CAM).
Will the seller ship my item?
Most sellers will not ship your item or work with a shipping agent of your choice. Please read the sellers terms and conditions for specific shipping instructions.

Who should I contact if I am unable to pick up the item I won?
Always contact the seller to discuss pick up / removal arrangements. If you're still not having any luck, we can contact the Client Account Manager, and ask them to intervene.
Who handles removal extension requests?
This is solely handled by the private seller. If private seller cannot be reached, however, please contact the CAM.

Does GovDeals have a recommended/preferred packers and shippers list?
No. The buyer needs to contact the seller to see if there are any restrictions on who can pick-up the property.
Abandonment notices sent by Bidder Services?
No, they do not perform any abandonment efforts. In some cases, the seller will reach-out to Client Services, Sam McCall’s team, and Sam’s team would reach-out to the buyer.
Is bidder services responsible for marking assets as picked-up within SAM?
No. This is solely handled by the private seller.
