This release note provides an overview of the new Opt-out Management feature in Outreach. Message opt-out refers to the process through which your contacts can choose to stop receiving further communications from you to avoid unwanted messages.

You have the ability to define the opt-out keyword and message that your contacts will use to confirm their desire to unsubscribe.
