This release update provides an overview of the enhancements made to Comm100 Contact Management and Booking.
New Agent Permission for Contact Management
A new View Contact Identity permission is added to give you more flexibility in managing agent permissions. To protect customer privacy, you can remove the View Contact Identity permission of specified agents while ensuring their operational efficiency.
With the View Contact Identity permission removed, agents will see customers’ email and phone number masked when they access Comm100 Agent Console or Control Panel, for example, ma****om, +1****07.
To prevent an agent from accessing customers’ phone number, you also need to change the contact naming rule settings for SMS, WhatsApp LINE, and Signal channels.

Booking Integration with Microsoft 365
Integration with Microsoft 365 is available in Comm100 Booking. Each agent can connect their Microsoft 365 accounts to synchronize their appointments to Comm100.
Agents can connect their Microsoft 365 account from Comm100 Control Panel > Booking > Agent Pages.
Each agent can connect to one Microsoft 365 account and one Microsoft Exchange account at the same time. When both Microsoft 365 and Exchange accounts are connected, the appointments from the connected calendars can be synced to Comm100. However, appointments from Comm100 can only be added the one of the calendars. Agents can choose the calendar to which to add Comm100 appointments.
