More Customization Options for Live Chat Experience
Live Chat Campaign supports Arabic
Support for the Arabic language is added for Live Chat campaigns. You can create an Arabic Live Chat campaign for Arabic-speaking visitors. All the language items including system messages and button text in the visitor-side chat window will be in Arabic.
Dynamic info available for greeting message customization
Dynamic Info is available for customizing the greeting message. When customizing the greeting message, you can insert custom variables, visitor fields, and information collected by the pre-chat form to make your greeting message more personalized.

More precise time setting to auto-end chats
Comm100 allows you to automatically end a chat when visitors do not respond within a defined time. Previously, you could choose from preset intervals like 5, 10, or 15 minutes. With this release, you can set custom time limits with one-minute increments, allowing for more tailored chat management.

Image button position customization
Comm100 Live Chat supports three types of chat buttons: Adaptive, Image, and Text Link. For the Image type of chat button, offset settings are added for you to customize the button position in mobile view.
