This release update provides an overview of the enhancements made to Comm100 Chatbot and Ticketing & Messaging.

Support for Comm100 KB in Chatbot Generative Answers

Comm100 NLP Chatbot can provide generative answers through deep learning and analysis of the extensive information sources you provide. In this release, Comm100 KB is supported as the Chatbot’s knowledge sources.

When adding Content sources for the Chatbot to use, you can choose the Comm100 KBs you have built in your site. You can choose both public and private KBs, and the system retrieves published pages only.

After syncing the selected KBs, the system auto-syncs the updates in real time. You can also manually sync the KBs to ensure that the latest updates are used.

Note: If you have defined a branding name from the Comm100 Partner Portal, the product name Comm100 KB will be consistent with your branding name in the XX KB pattern. To learn more about how to use generative answers, see this article.

Integrate Telegram via the Telegram App

Comm100 supports integration with Telegram to enable you to handle Telegram messages from Comm100. A new integration method is added to give you more flexibility when integrating your Telegram account.

Apart from using a Telegram Bot account, you can connect to your Telegram account directly via your Telegram app.

To connect to your Telegram account directly, you need to create an app from your Telegram account, and provide the app api_id and app api_hash for Comm100 authentication.
