This release update provides an overview of the new features added to the Live Chat solution – Multi-Language Support for a Single Campaign and Automatic Visitor-to-Contact Matching.
Multi-Language Support for a Single Campaign
With this update, after adding additional languages to a campaign, the visitor-side interface (such as pre-chat window, chat window, offline message window, system language) will automatically adapt to match the visitor’s browser language settings. If no match is found, the system will display the Default Language set in the campaign.
This improvement helps you engage more effectively with your global customers, without needing to manage and maintain separate campaigns for each language.

Automatic Visitor-to-Contact Matching
With Contact Match properly configured, the system will now automatically identify and link visitors to existing contacts or create new ones based on your configuration. This eliminates the need for agents to manually search for or create contact records.
As a result, agents can deliver more personalized support, while your contact data remains consistent and up to date across all systems.
